Learning objectives
In order to acquire the mark 12 within the course Audit and Risk Management the student must demonstrate:
  • Knowledge about and understanding of relevant terms, concepts, and models within the field of audit and risk management.
  • An ability to identify and solve audit risk management problems by applying relevant terms, concepts, and models, from the discipline of audit risk management.
  • An ability to discuss and evaluate the strength and weakness of the applied terms, concepts, and models, of audit risk management.

Mandatory feedback assigntment: The course will include one mandatory group presentation (Duration: 15-20 minutes) which the student must take part in in order to be allowed to take the exam.

Students will comprehend the role of internal controls and risk management in order to support effective and efficient business operations.

Students will understand the important of risk identification and mitigation and internal controls for supporting an efficient system of business operations.

Expected literature
Current academic journals and internet sites will be provided at least 2 weeks before each lecture in order to keep the information current and relevant.
